Mosaic

Mosaic is an urban renewal project under development in Fairfax County, VA. Located just outside of Washington D.C., the 1.9 million square-foot multi-use center is opening in Fall 2012 and will have a diverse assortment of retail, residential, and office spaces, as well as a hotel.

Dyal and Partners has worked with developers EDENS to create distinct names and identities for districts within the development. Our team also developed wayfinding, environmental graphic design, and placemaking elements—creating an overall design vocabulary that extends into all aspects of the project.
